With the weather being so warm lately I wanted to post a yummy healthy ice lolly recipe. This recipe can be adapted to suit your own taste and the blueberries can be swapped for another fruit. I like to add protein powder to my healthy blueberry ice lollies recipe to give it an extra boost but feel free to leave it out if you like.
1 cup blueberries
1 scoop vanilla or unflavoured protein powder
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend.
2. Pour mixture into ice lolly moulds. Place in freezer until frozen.
